Thermal mass flow meter is the use of thermal dispersion technology gas flow measurement instrumentation. Sensor consists of two base-level thermal resistance (RTD) form. One is the speed sensor RH, one is measuring the temperature of the gas temperature sensor RMG. When these two RTD placed in the measured gas, one of the RH sensor is heated, and the other sensor for sensing the measured gas temperature RMG. With the increase in gas flow rate, air flow away more heat, the RH sensor temperature drop.
